Who is DCS?

DCS is a company for longer than 20 years dedicated for charges administration, calculation, billing and collection in the Shipping Industry. Although our main service is dedicated to invoice and collections of equipment demurrage/detention, we also collect other after charges such as port storage, electricity, trucking waiting times among other fees.
